Keto Cauliflower and Bacon Pie

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 large head Cauliflower grated
  • 8 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tsp Sweet Paprika
  • Salt and Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • 1 1/2 cups Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 2 Green Onions finely sliced
  • 6 slices Bacon cut into cubes

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350F/180C.
  2. Grease large baking dish with olive oil.
  3. Clean, rinse, pat dry and grate cauliflower with a grater.
  4. Add grated cauliflower into prepared baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle cauliflower with grated parmesan, bacon cubes, and green onions
  6. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, almond milk, chopped garlic, salt and pepper, and sweet paprika.
  7. Pour egg mixture evenly into baking dish.
  8. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until eggs golden brown.
  9. Serve hot.
